General terms

To return or exchange an item, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed and still have its tags attached.

After 14 days has elapsed, you can no longer claim a refund, but you may request store credit or an exchange.

When you return your package, please include your name, order number, the packing slip and state whether would like an exchange or refund. Send the item(s) to the following address:

Please note that when you return or exchange an item because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are required to cover return postage costs. As you are responsible for your purchase until it reaches us, we recommend that you choose a trusted postage service.

Faulty items

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact our customer support team at support@santeapparel.com.

To help us process your request, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and address
  • Product name
  • Details of the fault or damage
  • Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement

After receiving your request, our team will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that pictures of the faulty item may be requested. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. 

Sale items

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind or order the incorrect size.

If you have not received your order

If your order has taken longer than the estimated shipping time, please contact our customer support team on support@santeapaprel.com so we can investigate the issue for you.

If you received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact our customer support team on support@santeapparel.com. Include your order number, name, address, details of the product, reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. After receiving your request, the team will instruct you on how to return the item.
